First employee at an insurtech startup that launched the UK's first pay-by-mile car insurance policy. Wore a lot of hats as we scaled from 3 people in an office on the side of a Premier Inn, to a 90 person behemoth. Then we caught the attention of the big red phone people.

Head of Music / Creative Direction & Marketing
Part of the founding team that launched Love Trails Festival, the world's first running & music festival, which has grown from 30 people in a field to 4,000. Responsible for our 2024 presale campaign, where 60% of tickets are already sold.

Copywriter at multi-award-winning B2B agency, chasing the humdrum out of B2B marketing. You can make anything interesting with the right insight.
2012-2017
Client Services Manager / Analyst
Social Media Marketing agency. Spent more time than I would have liked in spreadsheets, but taught me more about advertising metrics, analytics, pixels and martech than you'd ever learn on a marketing course.
2010-2012
Digital Planner/Buyer
Was managed by the agency's digital strategist, giving me a taste for insight, planning and creative problem solving. Ran social media, digital video on demand and interactive digital campaigns before they were cool.

Head Gallery Steward
Part-time head steward in the art gallery at Warwick Arts Centre, one of the leading contemporary art galleries in the UK. Read a lot of books and learned to block out repetitive background noise.
